yay baltimore, yay Kati!
Hooray;
Steev and I went to Baltimore this last week to spend Thanksgiving with my family.
He was totally helpful when we went to go check out Kati's wedding gown, which we found; hurrah!!!
Kati looked so beautiful in the dress... and when they put a veil on her, Linda (her mom) and I totally got tears in our eyes... yay dorkville warm fuzzies.
I am so proud of her and so happy for her, and so pleased to see her with a man who loves her and will stand by her and up for her. (Not that she needs much standing up for; she's a firecracker!)
We also found my maid-of-honor gown, which could not be more gorgeous... oh, future bridesmaids; have faith in your friends!!! The color of both will be forest green, which ROCKS. No seafoam for us, man. No flamingo pink, neither.
The rest of the trip was about as superfrajicalistic as one could imagine. Steev and I played lots of video games, especially Twisted Metal, which I have only ever known and love as a 4 player head-to-head, drive around and blow up your friends experience. Obviously this involves lots of candy, chips, yelling and rolling around on the floor & laughing hysterically.
